Shipping Policy

Canada Shipping

We currently ship within Canada using flat-rate shipping.

Shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–9 business days): CAD $18
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders CAD $120 and up

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasons.

United States Shipping

We offer shipping to the United States with a flat-rate option.

Shipping options:

  • Standard International Shipping (4–8 business days): CAD $39.99

U.S. shipping rates are calculated based on typical order sizes.

For unusually large, heavy, or multiple-item orders, we reserve the right to contact customers before fulfillment to confirm additional shipping costs.

If additional shipping charges are required, customers may choose to:

  • Proceed with the updated shipping cost, or
  • Cancel the order for a full refund

🌍 International Shipping (Other Countries)

At this time, international shipping outside of Canada and the United States is not enabled.  Please contact us if you have special shipping requests.

⏳ Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer

📍 Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
