Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Tea and food-related items
  • Gift sets that include consumable products
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, hygiene, and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item, or
  • A refund (at our discretion)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Tea and consumable products
  • Gift sets containing tea or food items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item shipped by us

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for any approved returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
